1.         The 3% Cashback Campaign is valid from 1 July 2026 until 31 December 2026.

2.         Eligible customers will receive 3% cashback on qualifying purchase transactions made using the Eli Wallet during the campaign period.

3.         The Eli Wallet must be active at the time the cashback is credited.

4.         The campaign applies to both primary and supplementary wallets. Any cashback earned will be credited to the primary wallet only.

5.         Employees of Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) are eligible to participate in this campaign.

6.         The maximum cashback amount is JOD 15 per customer per calendar month.

7.         Cashback will be calculated only on successful, completed, non-reversed, and posted local and international purchase transactions processed through the Bank’s systems during the campaign period.

8.         The following transactions are excluded from the campaign and are not eligible for cashback:

o   Transfers between customers.

o   Cash withdrawals.

o   Bill payments.

o   Wallet top-ups or balance reloads.

9.         For transactions performed in foreign currencies, cashback will be calculated based on the equivalent value in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) using the applicable exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.

10.    Eligible cashback will be credited to the customer’s Eli Wallet in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) at the beginning of the month following the month in which the eligible transaction was completed.

11.    The Bank reserves the right to exclude any transaction that is suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the campaign, including any attempt to obtain cashback unlawfully. The Bank’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

12.    If an eligible purchase transaction is subsequently cancelled, reversed, or refunded after the cashback has been credited, the Bank reserves the right to recover the corresponding cashback amount by debiting the customer’s wallet or offsetting it against any future cashback entitlement.

13.    13. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or extend the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion. Should the Campaign be suspended, the Bank will announce the suspension through its official social media platforms and other official communication channels.

14.    These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Eli Wallet Terms & Conditions, which shall continue to apply.
